Dezeen Showroom: Spanish brand Arcana aimed to recreate the look of premium marble with its Doinyo tiles, which feature a lavish pattern mixing cool and warm tones.
One of 10 designs in the marble-inspired Les Bijoux d'Arcana collection, Doinyo is created using digital printing and characterised by its bold striations that mix shades of grey, blue and beige.
"Doinyo has become one of our most successful designs due to its distinctive appearance," said Arcana sales manager Alvaro Espejo.
The polished porcelain tile is suitable for use both indoors and out, and Arcana particularly recommends it for wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, spas and salons, where it gives a luxurious look.
Created with 13 per cent recycled content, Doinyo is available in three large formats: 79.3 by 79.3 centimetres, 59.3 by 119.3 centimetres and 119.3 by 119.3 centimetres.
Arcana is part of Tile of Spain, an association of over 100 Spanish tile manufacturers.
